ВСТУПЛЕНИЕ

1. Помни, что у любого текста, письменного или устного, должны быть вступление,  основная часть и заключение.

Фраза I’ve chosen photo number one/two/three. Вступлением не считается. Это – техническая фраза.

Вступлением могут служить фразы:

You know, I’m keen on taking photos and I’d like to show you one of them.

You know, I’ve bought a new camera recently, that’s why I’m taking a lot of pictures these days. I’d like to show you one of them.

2. WHEN AND WHERE THE PHOTO WAS TAKEN

парадокс, но многие забывают это сказать:

I took this photo last… summer/winter/July/October…in Spain/ in the park not far from the place where I live/ in the forest.

3. WHO/WHAT is in the photo

Если на фото есть человек, то начните с него. И из трёх фотографий, конечно, логично выбирать фото, где есть люди, так как будет проще описать действия.

In the foreground of the photo you can see my mother/sister/cousin/nephew.

In the background of the picture there is a beautiful forest.

4. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE PICTURE

Здесь нужно обязательно назвать несколько действий в Present Continuous Tense (am/is/are + глагол с   окончанием ing).

ATTENTION: фраза о том, во что человек одет (He/she is wearing a T-shirt), не является действием, как не являются описанием действий фразы об общей атмосфере фото.

Всегда можно сказать:

He/she is smiling and looking at the camera. He/she is posing for the photo. He/she is sitting on the sofa/standing by the cooker. He/she is holding a spoon/a camera/a pizza. He/she is hugging his younger brother/ sister/ nephew/ niece.

5. WHY YOU KEEP THIS PHOTO IN YOUR ALBUM

I keep this photo in my album because that day with my family/sister//in the park/on board the ship was just wonderful and I don’t want to forget it.

6. WHY YOU DECIDED TO SHOW THIS PICTURE TO YOUR FRIEND

I decided to show this picture to you because you’ve always asked me about my family but you’ve never seen them. Now you have a chance to look at them. /// I want to share this positive moment with you.

На что обратить внимание:

• на предлог перед слово photo/ picture – IN: in the photo/ in the picture
• на видо-временные формы глаголов при описании действий на фотографии – Present Continuous Tense (as I’ve already mentioned)
• выбирай простые действия: He/she is looking at… He/she is sitting/standing… He/she is smiling… He/she is holding… (обычно это и происходит на фото)
• план будет перед глазами: смотри на него и рассказывай по нему

Потренируемся:

You will have to start speaking in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes (12–15 sentences). In your talk remember to speak about:

• where and when the photo was taken
  • what/who is in the photo
  • what is happening
  • why you keep the photo in your album
  • why you decided to show the picture to your friend

You have to talk continuously, starting with: “I’ve chosen photo number … “.

I’ve chosen picture number one.

You know I’m keen on photography, that’s why I always take a lot of pictures. Today I want to show you one of them.

I took this photo about two weeks ago at home when we were celebrating my sister’s birthday.

In the photo you can see my family. They are my mother, father and my younger sister.

They are sitting on the sofa and looking at me. They are posing for the camera because they know I’m taking a photo. My dad is hugging my mum. Everyone is smiling.

Well, I keep this photo in my album because that day with my family was very special for me and I don’t want to forget it.

I decided to show this picture to you because you’ve always asked me about my family but you’ve never seen them. Now you have a chance to look at them. I hope you like the photo. Thanks for listening.
